We are open, by appointment for all your eyecare needs. To register with us or if you would like to request an appointment, please give us a call on 0151 343 0044 (Bromborough) or 0151 677 2133 (Upton). Please note, our phone lines are exceptionally busy at the moment - it may be necessary to leave a message.
Because of our reduced capacity, we currently have a 9 month backlog of reminders to send out. We are working tirelessly to catch up with the backlog but in the mean time, if you are having any difficulties with your eyes or vision, please don't hesitate to contact us. You do NOT need to wait for your reminder.
We have remained open in all recent lockdowns & it's been wonderful watching our community reopen as restrictions continue to be lifted.
Despite the relaxation, for now, our governing bodies, NHS England and the College of Optometrists have advised that we currently remain in the amber stage which is defined as 'Needs and/or symptoms led eye care as judged by a clinician. Outstanding routine eye care needs only as capacity permits'. To put it simply, this means we can see everybody that would like to be seen but we will prioritise those with symptoms and / or broken glasses.
We understand some people may still feel nervous about attending the practice but we would like to reassure you that we still have strict measures in place to ensure the safety of both you and our staff. All staff have had both doses of the vaccination and are tested twice weekly. We wear uniform & PPE and have extensive cleaning schedules in place in between every patient we see.
We are open by appointment only to limit the amount of people in the building at any one time. If you have any queries please give us a call. We cant wait to see you! The Eyeworks team
